Trademark policy

CUSCOE® is a registered trademark of CX Bridge Ltd. The Creative Commons licence covers the content of the model. It does not give any right to use the CUSCOE name or logo, which are covered by this policy.

Allowed without asking

  • Referring to the model by name when discussing, teaching, researching or citing it.
  • Describing your own work as "based on CUSCOE" or "adapted from CUSCOE", with the credit set out on the About page.
  • Stating that your organisation has implemented CUSCOE internally.

Not allowed without written permission

  • Calling an adapted or derived version "CUSCOE", or using a confusingly similar name.
  • Describing yourself or your organisation as a CUSCOE practitioner, partner, consultant, trainer or certified provider unless CX Bridge has accredited you.
  • Using the CUSCOE or CX Bridge logo.
  • Suggesting that CX Bridge has reviewed, approved or endorsed your version, service or training.

Adapted versions

Anyone publishing an adapted version must state clearly that it is an adaptation and that CX Bridge Ltd has not reviewed or approved it.
