Permissions

The CUSCOE content is licensed under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0. The non-commercial condition is there to stop third parties selling CUSCOE services without giving anything back. It is not meant to stop organisations using the model to run their own business, so CX Bridge Ltd grants the additional permission below.

Internal use

Any organisation may implement CUSCOE within its own business, including a commercial business, without a licence from CX Bridge Ltd. This covers adapting the model for internal use, training its own staff on it, and using it to design its own structure, roles, processes and pricing.

This permission does not cover providing CUSCOE-based services to other organisations.

Uses that need a commercial licence

You need a commercial licence from CX Bridge Ltd to:

  • sell consultancy, implementation or advisory services that use the CUSCOE content
  • sell training, courses or certification based on the CUSCOE content
  • include the CUSCOE content, or an adaptation of it, in a paid product or publication

Academic and non-commercial use

Research, teaching and other non-commercial use is permitted under the licence, provided the model is credited as set out on the About page. Adaptations published as part of research must use the same licence.

Precedence

This page grants permissions in addition to the CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 licence. It does not take away any permission the licence gives you.
