About CUSCOE

Who created it

CUSCOE was created by Damian Copeland (ORCID 0000-0001-7115-2448) and is owned by CX Bridge Ltd, Skipton, UK. CUSCOE® is a registered trademark of CX Bridge Ltd.

With thanks to Kathy Mogford for her review and amendments to the model, and for co-authoring the KMIS 2026 paper.

The paper

The framework and its design principles were presented at KMIS 2026, part of the 18th International Joint Conference on Knowledge Discovery, Knowledge Engineering and Knowledge Management (IC3K 2026), where they were described and evaluated using design science research:

Copeland, D. and Mogford, K. (2026). Designing a Customer-Centric Operating Model Framework for AI-Readiness. In Proceedings of the 18th International Joint Conference on Knowledge Discovery, Knowledge Engineering and Knowledge Management - Volume 2: KMIS; ISBN 978-989-758-868-6; ISSN 2184-3228, SciTePress, pages 697-706. DOI: 10.5220/0015343800004985

This site is the maintained version of the model and may go beyond the published paper. The paper is the peer-reviewed record of the version that was evaluated.

How to cite the model

To cite the model in general, use the concept DOI, which always points to the latest release:

Copeland, D. (2026). CUSCOE Operating Model. CX Bridge Ltd. DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.23924959

To cite a specific release, use that release's own DOI, listed under Versions on the Zenodo record, and include the version number.

The repository also includes a CITATION.cff file, so the "Cite this repository" button on the GitHub repository gives the reference in APA and BibTeX formats.
